Job Summary:

We are seeking a strong technically skilled and experienced Google Cloud Engineer to join our team to ensure health and efficiency of the Architecture as Code (AaC)platform. He will be responsible to deliver architectural designs through code, contributing to seamless operation of cloud infrastructure.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with the team to design and implement robust Architecture as Code solutions on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Develop, deploy, and maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform and Codefresh.
• Utilize your expertise in PL/SQL to optimize database operations and enhance system performance.
• Write efficient Python scripts to automate manual tasks and streamline workflows.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of systems.
• Apply your strong Linux/Unix skills to manage and maintain cloud-based environments effectively.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Python programming language for automation and scripting tasks.
• Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Familiarity with Code fresh for building and deploying containerized applications.
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL for database management and optimization.
• Extensive experience working with Google Cloud services and platforms.
• Ability to automate manual activities using Python or Unix scripts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
• Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions for continuous integration and delivery.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to manage a team and drive key outcomes.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
